This is an unusual home for the desert but to find one, Indian Wells Country Club would be the place to look. Taking some liberties with historical definitions, the closest style description would be Tropical British Colonial. If you have been to the Raffles Hotel in Singapore or The Peninsula in Hong Kong, you will readily see character similarities. As a result, this home has wonderful warmth and charm accompanied by broad enchanting mountain views from inside the home as well as the delightful pool area with its natural feeling stone waterfall. This custom-built home was the first to be built on Coyote Creek Path in 1994. This very quiet little L-shaped cul de sac in IWCC's Painted Cove enclave has only nine homes with very diverse styles including two of those big white boxes that were built in the last couple of years. Rather than spending time reading these ramblings, look at the pictures, check the specs but most importantly come see it to appreciate all the terrific character that this home has to offer.
